- Which protection families does YILTEX Armor manufacture?
- YILTEX Armor manufactures Steel Vests, Ballistic Plates, Soft Armor, Ballistic Helmets and Tactical Bags. Families are listed on the Products page.
- How do vest, panel and plate work together?
- The steel vest positions the system. Soft armor and plates stop the threat. The helmet completes the kit. Pocket geometry and sizing are matched to the panel and plate, so the assembly is specified as one system.
- How is quality read?
- Two records. Management-system certificates — quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and social accountability — sit on the Certificates page as printed. Ballistic performance is the relevant test report, not a general level claim.
- How are ballistic tests documented?
- A published soft-panel batch, AT-25.0008, was tested independently by Nurol Teknoloji to NIJ 0101.06 Level IIIA: 4 panels, 24 hits, zero penetration. The record is on the Zero Penetration page. Other configurations are shared through the documentation request.
- Where are YILTEX Armor products made?
- YILTEX Armor manufactures personal protection systems in its own facility in Çorum, Türkiye.
- How do I request technical documents?
- Use the documentation request form. Materials are shared according to the programme.
- Which sectors are products specified for?
- Military, police, security, government/institutional and special-operations programmes. They share one floor and one quality system. Vest layout, plate choice, panel geometry and the document pack are set by sector.
- How is production organised?
- Four connected chapters: textile and carrier, soft armor, hard armor, development and quality. One facility, one engineering team, one quality system.
- How do soft panels differ from hard plates?
- Soft armor: layered ballistic textiles are cut, assembled and sealed as panels. Hard armor: composite plates are laminated, pressed and finished. Both are matched to the carrier.
